Please expect a 3-5 day wait for our designers to receive your order, crop your photos and make your custom design. Once completed the order will go into production and be handmade, then shipped. We're pleased to offer our custom cat shoes. Upload a picture of your furry friend and our designers will create a custom design just for you!
Picture/Cropping -Do not worry if your picture is sideways or not perfect. Our designers will receive your full photo and will only drop your cat's head onto the shoes.
Lead Time -Our designers will custom make your design and our production team will make your shoes by hand. This takes about 6-8 days. Shipping then takes 2-3 weeks to the United States.
Picture Quality -Some things to look for on your photo before submitting are shadows on your cats face, odd colors/grainy images/blurry images and distance from the camera. The photo shouldn't be too close or too far away, for optimal results.

Important Shipping Delay Information Update December 1st, 2020:
Orders to Canada and the West Coast of USA traveling through Los Angeles customs clearance may experience severe delays in December and January due to Covid-19 restrictions that are limiting international freight flights to these regions. We apologize for the delays and are doing everything we can to ensure the quickest delivery possible. We can not guarantee delivery by Christmas.
Please note, most of our products are made to order. On average it takes 7 to 12 business days to print and handcraft your order before we ship it out. There may be some delay during the holidays. Otherwise, you can expect the following ship times:
